Integrated for Live Streaming

Livestudio Go is essentially made up of four main components integrated into a durable 3U flight case. The key modules consists of a switching module, an encoding module, a monitoring module and an expansion bay for a recording module.

Switching Module

ATEM Television Studio HD Switcher

ATEM Television Studio HD is a production switcher for broadcasters and audiovisual professionals. It includes 4 SDI and 4 HDMI inputs. All inputs are fully synchronized and can be used with broadcast or consumer cameras. It features 8 large illuminated buttons for switching, along with audio controls, buttons for the downstream keyer, fade to black, media players, and cut-bus style or automatic switching with transitions. That means you can create a program right from the front panel. The built-in LCD screen lets you adjust all switcher features via menus, plus it can be used for video and audio monitoring, aux control and to display the audio channel you’re adjusting.

Front Panel Control Panel

All switcher controls can be operated by the front panel of the switching module. Making it perfect for applications such as professional AV installations where all you need is to simply switch between sources.

Software Switcher Controls

Livestudio GO includes a free ATEM software switcher that can be connected via the built in Ethernet port. With a laptop, you can use the control panel and parameter palettes to switch cameras live, change transitions, adjust key settings and load graphics and other media.

Switching Module

Professional Transitions

Choose from a wide range of transitions including cut, mix, dip and wipe patterns. Every transition is readily available and allows full control over type, pattern, length and more. So easy to use, creating a professional ‘look’ for your production is now a reality.

Upstream Keyer

Create amazing multi layer live action broadcast effects using the upstream keyer! Layer live video over other video sources or graphics with incredible quality. You can use luma key, linear key, pattern key, or shoot against a green screen and use the Chroma key to instantly composite the video over virtual sets for mind blowing effects!

Downstream Keyer

ATEM Television Studio includes 2 downstream keyers so you can add high quality graphics like logos, bugs, and titles from the built in media players over the live ‘on air’ program output! Downstream keyers are the last layers of keying so they overlay all video switched to the main program output.

Encoding Module

Blackmagic Web Presenter with Teranex Smart Panel

This module converts any SDI or HDMI video source into a USB webcam source for high quality web streaming using software such as Skype or streaming platforms such as YouTube Live, Facebook Live,, Periscope and more. It offers Blackmagic Design’s Teranex quality down conversion for converting any SD, HD or Ultra HD video source to 720p for easy, low data rate, high quality streaming. Pre-installed with theTeranex Mini Smart Panel, you can even live switch programs using its built-in 2 input production switcher from the front panel.

Works instantly with all popular streaming software

Monitoring Module

Built-in Multiview Display

A 1U rack size, 17-inch HD display that slides out & inverts for easy deployment. It takes the multi-cam sources, graphics, preview/program screen and outputs on a single screen so you don’t need separate monitors for your individual cameras.

Flight Case with Interface back panel & Power supply unit

Made of high quality polycarbonate material, the flight case is equipped with a 1U interface outlet baffle and PDU power supply unit. On the rear of the box are the SDI inputs, XLR analog audio inpots, network port, HDMI ports. Power supply to the individual modules are all mapped on the baffle for easy access to signals for quick deployment.

1U Expansion Bay

A 1U rack shelf serves as an expansion bay for holding a recording module or compatible devices. We have two options for the recording function:

Recording Module (Option A)

HyperDeck Studio

Broadcast HD hard disk recorders with 3G-SDI and HDMI interface that can handle all SD and HD formats up to 1080p30. In addition, it provides familiar VTR controls used in traditional broadcast decks, as well as compressed or uncompressed 10bit 4:2:2 broadcast quality recordings. Ideal of stand-alone recording, long recording, or SD and HD mastering.

Recording Module (Option B)

HyperDeck Studio Mini SD Recorder

A portable broadcast deck recorder that records ProRes video using common SD card. It uses 6G-SDI technology and can record all formats up to 2160p30. The dual-card SD card slot enables continuous recording; its built-in LCD screen and VTR-style front panel all fit into a compact design. In addition, HyperDeck Studio Mini is also equipped with padding and key output. It supports 720p and 1080p 4:4:4:4 file formats. It can be used as a signal source to provide live broadcasters with graphics and downstream video on live.
